Orders are typically prepared within 24–48 hours. Because products may be prepared in batches or made to order, processing times may vary during busy periods, market weeks, holidays, or high-demand periods.

We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout when available. Final shipping costs may depend on order size, package weight, destination, and available carrier rates.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and destination. Once your order has been shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. The Crispy Oink is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other delays outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. The Crispy Oink is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the order and determine the best resolution.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by arrangement. Pickup details will be provided after your order is confirmed. Please allow 24–48 hours for order preparation unless otherwise arranged.
Market Pickup
Market pickup may be available at select Murrieta and Temecula market events. Market pickup availability may vary by week. Follow The Crispy Oink on Instagram for current market dates and pickup updates.
